olaf的部份,E跟W的數值可能會再調整,讓他在線上好過一點
之前的問題之一是開了大絕的坦裝olaf是個有雙防跟高血量的高輸出角
然後因為免疫CC跟永久緩速,除了殺掉(一個雙防很高的角色)外沒其他選擇
在改完之後最少讓反制他變的有意義很多,所以能在數字上作buff.

zyra會修正,目前可能的方向是降低爆發傷害,增加植物的威力
會注意到盡量不要因為要nerf sup zyra去動到mid zyra的威力
不過morello有提到說肯定會對距離下手
