網購公仔不付錢　男詐欺未遂判緩刑

【張欽／台北報導】北市洪姓男子去年2月間在雅虎奇摩拍賣網站上，以600元加60元運費，下標向羅姓網友購買日本動漫《新世紀福音戰士》主角凌波零公仔，洪男收到羅男寄送的公仔後遲遲不付錢，還佯稱沒收到，經羅男向中華郵政查詢，確認洪男已收貨而報警控告洪男詐欺未遂。
 
洪男於審理時坦承犯行，台北地院法官審酌他沒有前科，依詐欺未遂罪判拘役20天，得易科罰金，緩刑2年，緩刑期間須服勞務40小時，並保護管束，全案可再上訴。
