食藥署新署長葉明功明接任

衛生福利部為油安事件忙得焦頭爛額之際，將在明天早上十點，為食品藥物管理署新任署長葉明功，與代理署長許銘能舉辦交接典禮，許銘能現在為衛福部次長兼食藥署代理署長。

葉明功原為國防醫學院藥學系教授，今年九月獲衛福部詢問意願，十月一日辭去國防部藥政處長。上周本報獨家披露，葉明功證實將接任，並「應該替自己生長的土地，盡一份心力。」

不過，據了解，由於上周衛福部雖內定葉明功為接任人選，仍因部分因素遲未定案，並繼續徵詢各界推薦人選，包括某國營事業主管、前衛生署官員及相關專業的學者。但人選不是無意願，就是不符合公部門資格，因此確定由葉接任。

另外，食藥署副署長也內定由台北市衛生局主任秘書姜郁美接任，姜學的是藥學，在台北市政府任職期間，屢屢在查緝食品消費事件召開記者會，令外界印象深刻。
