打死陌生人再用烤肉醬刷下體　2惡男重判

【劉昌松／台北報導】苗栗男子劉晉凱、翁達毅去年10月在1家燒烤店喝酒吃飯，和陌生男客余峻德發生口角，竟聯手痛毆余男，並拿店內鐵椅猛砸余的頭部，最後將余衣褲脫光用烤肉醬刷下體，棄置路邊死亡。最高法院今依殺人罪判劉、翁各15年、14年8月徒刑定讞。

劉、翁雖辯稱只想教訓余男，沒殺人犯意，但法官依目擊者證詞，認定2人聯手以拳頭、鐵椅連續重擊被害人頭、胸，有殺人故意，且事後還脫光被害人衣服用烤肉醬刷下體，並棄置路邊任其死亡，今判兩人重刑定讞。
