紅十字會援菲3萬美元

超級強烈颱風海燕肆虐菲律賓，災後居民家園盡毀、衣食無著，死傷難以估計。紅十字會與紅新月會國際聯合會(IFRC)將發起募款，中華民國紅十字總會今天也決定率先捐款3萬美元緊急賑濟，並配合外交部NGO委員會，調度賑濟物資帳篷300頂、毛毯3000條，口糧8400包，下午送達台北松山機場。
