衛福部成立反性別暴力圖書館　場外遭抗議

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】衛生福利部今天上午啟用台灣首座以反性別暴力為主題的網路圖書館「反性別暴力資源網」（http://tagv.mohw.gov.tw/），衛福部指出，這是由衛福部與學術界、資訊業者共同建置而成，目前網站已蒐整國內外有關兒少保護、家庭暴力、性暴力、性騷擾、人口販運、青少年性暴力等議題的資訊超過1萬筆，針對特殊議題，例如媒體與性別暴力、同志親密暴力、機構內的性暴力、修復式正義等，也整理豐富資料，有興趣民眾可上網瀏覽。

台灣性別不明關懷協會則在場外召開記者會，抗議衛福部在10月否決總統府人權諮詢委員會的提議－建議放寬變性人性別判定，只要通過2名精神科醫師評估就可先更換身分證的性別，不一定要摘除性器官。 該協會指出，國家一方面舉辦反性別暴力的活動，卻不解除對欲變性者的強迫手術，是對人權的踐踏，呼籲衛福部應取消「強制手術」才能變更性別的規定。
