【陳亮諭／綜合報導】復健科醫師吳孟璋(34歲)3年前在台北市搭訕結識1名20歲女子，誆稱要為她施打肉毒桿菌，騙回住家服下從醫院取得的FM2，該女子醒來下半身赤 裸，與僅穿四角褲的吳男共睡一床。新北地院昨基於性侵罪證不足判無罪，但依欺瞞使人施用毒品罪重判吳男6.5年，併科20萬元罰金。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，該女子隔天醒來發現跟吳男共睡一床，內褲被脫掉，下半身赤裸，新北地院指出，女子內褲褲底雖驗出吳男DNA，但外陰、陰部均未驗出，驗傷診斷書也查無新傷，加上該女子說醒來下體無不適，認為性侵罪證不足，判無罪。吳男已離開原先服務醫院，但據悉，他仍在新北市執業，《蘋果》昨無法聯繫上。
