保2無望　管中閔：我會負責

【林海／台北報導】今年經濟成長「保2」無望，被媒體問及是否下台負上政治責任，經建會主委管中閔表示，「不要用假設性的語氣，但是該我負的責任我都會負責，用什麼方式負，何時負，我都會有適當的判斷，我從來不逃避責任。」
 
管中閔表示，現在經濟很多問題是長期問題，必須要痛下決心做些長期改變，如果一直在想短期的措施，經濟情況不會有很大的改變，「現在碰到的困難也許一季沒有了，過一季又出現，長期的問題還是要回到長期的規劃上去看，這也是經建會過去半年做的很多檢討與規劃，未來一兩個月就會陸續提出，且都不是短期措施。」
 
管中閔也說，因應現在的經濟情勢，對於過去定下來未來長期的經濟目標，也有可能要做出調整，而對於明年的經濟目標，管中閔則說，個人認為目標要比今年好，但是根據現在的情況，目標定太高也蠻辛苦的。」
