網購旺季報到，加上第三方支付議題近期將火力全開，推升商店街(4965-TW)股價持續飆高，今(2)日再度攻上漲停來到254元，創下掛牌以來新天價。

第三方支付專法草案，近日將提報行政院，加上美、日電子商務龍頭亞馬遜(Amazon)、樂天股價雙雙創下歷史新高，法人表示，到今年底全球上網人口將超過22億，全球電子商務交易金額將超過16兆美元，顯示電子商務將成為未來市場交易主流。

法人進一步指出，目前電子商務正呈現高速成長期，隨著第三方支付付費機制開放，對目前國內經營網路購物平台非常有利，近期立法院將召開第三方支付審查會議，過關機率相當高，開放後將使國內電子商務平台支付行為將獲得更高保障，電子商務族群長線可望受惠。

另外商店街旗下子公司PChomePay支付連正式通過國際發卡組織要求PCI-DSS(Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)服務供應商等級認證，未來在交易支付更有保障。
