黃世銘不到立院備詢 羅瑩雪無奈

立法院司法法制委員會上午審查「法院組織法」第66條修正案，檢察總長黃世銘以是政策問題不便置喙為由未列席備詢，針對黃世銘來不來的問題，委員會幾度停會由法務部長羅瑩雪打電話叫黃世銘前來，由於黃世銘仍然不到，引發朝野立委不滿; 在立委質詢下，羅瑩雪表示：「黃世銘不來，我也無可奈何!」
