開車門撞傷騎士逃逸　婦賠3千和解獲緩刑

【張欽／台北報導】北市64歲張姓婦人，今年5月間駕車行經北市長安東路時，不僅併排停車，還貿然開啟駕駛座車門，致洪姓機車騎士閃避不及碰撞車門摔傷，造成右膝挫傷，張婦釀禍後竟駕車逃離現場，洪男憤而報警。
 
張婦於台北地院審理時坦承犯行，並賠償洪男3千元和解，洪男也將傷害部分告訴撤回，法官審酌後，依肇事逃逸判張婦6月徒刑，得易科罰新18萬元，緩刑2年，全案可再上訴。
