目擊妹遭舅猥褻　哥寫信問師揭狼舅

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹縣一名27歲色舅舅，2011年間竟對11歲的外甥女伸狼爪，不顧外甥女口出「不要弄我」表達不願意下，手伸入衣內，摸其胸部，剛好外甥回來，發現舅舅猥褻妹妹，帶走妹妹。事後哥哥寫信問學校師長才察覺報警。

色舅辯稱，他只是跟她玩，有雙手環抱她的胸部，他自外甥女小時候就這樣玩了，不知她已發育。但目擊的哥哥信寫著「在舅舅房，看到妹妹屁股趬高高的，衣服也被舅舅掀高高的。…老師我問妳會怎樣？」讓老師察覺報警。

法官調查，哥哥也出庭指證，「舅舅手有伸進去…」，且被害少女要求舅舅不要這樣做，證述一致，認定舅舅觸法。審酌被告與被害少女家人和解，但在庭訊仍做辯解，未見有悔意，因此依強制猥褻罪判1年10個月徒刑。
