【簡嘉宏／綜合外電報導】路透社18日獨家披露，美國國家安全局（NSA）受限於頻寬問題，未能在「深喉嚨」史諾登（Edward Snowden）前往夏威夷辦公室工作前，安裝最新的反情報外洩軟體，才讓史諾登得以下載數萬筆機密資料，釀成憾事。
 
根據美國官員對路透社的說法，美國大兵曼寧（Bradley Manning）在2010年將五角大廈與國務院數十萬筆機密電文洩漏給維基解密（WikiLeaks）後，美國總統歐巴馬為了更嚴控取得機密資料的管道，委託雷神公司（Raytheon Company）的相關部門研發監控軟體，藉此封鎖「內賊」，並開始於政府機構安裝偵測未獲授權取得及下載資料的監控軟體。但遠端行動中心受限於網路頻寬不足，遲遲不能安裝監控軟體並確保有效運作，才讓史諾登有機會竊走大量機密。

兄弟球團常喊話，盼球員「共體時艱」，近幾年優秀球員加薪幅度更不如其他球隊。

而且今年整體獎金縮水，球團高層出現在球場的比例越來越少，才是更明顯的差距，少了「關愛的眼神」，導致球員不安。

練習了一個excel巨集 從台灣證券下載資料下來,
但會有幾個問題

1. 若我i 從 10到18, 跑到12將會出現錯誤 錯誤行為下:

請問這是因為週末沒有網頁的關係? 有沒有辦法克服?

2. 因為網址月分跟日期十位數以下皆是以01, 02, ....,08,09表示
並非以1,2,3...表示
這樣我如何利用迴圈寫出i= 01, 02,....,08, 09, 10...,30
迴圈 i 的條件有什麼辦法可以克服這個問題?

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】又一起貓狗偷運違禁品到監獄，這次發生在中歐國家摩爾多瓦(Moldova)，當地潘尼坦夏魯羅第9監獄(Penitenciarului Nr 9)，日前傳出獄警發現一隻行蹤詭異灰白相間的貓，這頭貓會定期穿越監獄外牆下方的洞，進入監獄中，而且脖子上都會帶著一個特殊項圈。

獄警抓回這頭貓，拆解項圈後發現裡面藏有2包大麻，當局18日表示這頭貓應是鄰近村民訓練，用來運送物品給監獄中的犯人，目前正循線調查訓練者到底是誰。

新竹縣五峰鄉南清公路桃山隧道口發生大規模土石崩塌，比休旅車還大的土石完全堵塞馬路，導致人車皆無法通行。桃山隧道為通往清泉、桃山部落的主要道路，警方目前已在崩塌處兩端拉起封鎖線，籲請民眾暫時勿入山。

今天清晨有民眾至五峰消防分隊，告知發生崩塌，且不斷持續，落下土石十分巨大。
