【綜合報導】電影【美國鼠譚】中的小老鼠會在想念家人時唱出《遠方某處》（Somewhere out There），但根據一項研究顯示，中美洲真有兩種老鼠，因會發出高頻率的聲音被稱為「唱歌老鼠」。
 
哥斯大黎加和巴拿馬兩國的研究員早前研究牠們的特性，發現牠們可以透過震動聲帶發出高分貝聲音吸引異性、威嚇敵人及宣示領土主權。研究員又指，很多囓齒動物包括倉鼠都能發出複雜的聲音，但由於音頻太高，所以普通人聽不到。

在面對複雜糾結的難題時，有時候我們常想破了頭、絞盡腦汁仍找不出解決問題之道，美國作家Sunni Brown要告訴我們圖像思考所帶來的神奇力量，透過「塗鴉」，將強化人們思考，增進創新思考與問題解決能力。

圖像思考的價值

「我們的文化，太注重於語言溝通，以至於我們忽略圖像溝通的價值。」Sunni發現，過去西方社會對於「塗鴉」一詞的定義都是負面的，17世紀，塗鴉指的是頭腦簡單的人或傻瓜；18世紀，塗鴉意為嘲笑或欺騙；19世紀時被解釋為貪汙的政客；而現今正式的解釋為：混日子、耍猴戲、做沒有價值的事情，以及「什麼都不做」。

學生在課堂上塗鴉被老師責罵；員工在開會時塗鴉遭老闆斥責；媒體以負面的用詞「發現」、「逮到」，報導塗鴉這項不正當的行為，整個社會文化對於「塗鴉」充斥負面的認知。於是學生們被遏制了他們豐富的想像力；員工們無法透過圖像表達來釐清邏輯思考，一切合理正確的溝通方式，都應使用「聽」、「說」和「寫字」。

然而在1930年代，佛洛伊德便已提出對於塗鴉的心理學解釋：「一個人的心態可以藉由塗鴉而分析出來。」Sunni要向社會大眾提倡對於塗鴉的正確觀念：「事實上，塗鴉是種神妙的工具，是種我們需要記住和重新學習的工具。」塗鴉的新定義應為：自主地畫可以幫助思考的圖案。

塗鴉能引發思考

學習者在接收資訊的方法上有四種：視覺、聽覺、讀寫和動手做。如果我們要真正了解一項資訊，並且運用它，我們至少需要使用兩種接收資訊的方法；或者是這四者方法其中的一種，再加上自身情緒的經驗，才能真正有效地學習並吸收此項資訊。而塗鴉最大的好處便在於，當我們在塗鴉的同時，我們自然而然地使用了這四種學習方法，邊聆聽邊把接收的資訊畫下來，並一邊看著我們動手畫下的圖文，一邊思考整項資訊所傳遞的內容。

「塗鴉對我們的資訊處理方式，以及解決問題的方式，有著重大的影響。」Sunni分析，當人們在接受語言資訊時塗鴉，相較於沒有塗鴉的人，可以保留較多的資訊，一般我們以為塗鴉會讓人分心，但事實上，塗鴉是種先發制人的方法，它讓人提高更多的注意力在資訊上，因為我們正動手把我們所聽到的資訊，透過自己的思考邏輯畫在紙上，經過大腦第一次的吸收、轉換，內化成我們自己熟悉的表達方式。

荷蘭皇家飛利浦電子（Royal Philips Electronic）的日本法人——飛利浦電子日本宣佈於2013年9月26日，在日本發售能發出約1677萬色光，可利用智慧手機等的應用控制光色的LED燈泡「Philips hue」。其定位是「能使照明在人們日常生活中的使用方法發生大變化的產品」，是飛利浦首次在日本發售針對消費者的照明器具，該公司已於2012年10月在歐美上市該產品。

該LED燈泡是令發紅色（R）、綠色（G）和藍色（B）光的LED晶片分別以8bit、256級色調發光，來實現約1677萬發光色。燈泡上安裝了支援無線規格ZigBee的通信模組，能與稱為「Bridge」的ZigBee母機交換控制資訊。

Bridge用有線線路連接無線LAN設備等使用，這樣就可以利用支援無線LAN的智慧手機和平板終端遠端控制燈泡的發光。除無線LAN以外，還可以用智慧手機透過飛利浦的伺服器，經由網際網路控制燈泡。

在發光控制方面，飛利浦和其他開發商已經準備了共計約40種應用，不僅是開燈、關燈，燈泡的亮度和光色亦可隨時間變化。據稱，有的應用還可以使用智慧手機，無論用戶是否在家，都可以自動開燈和關燈。飛利浦照明Technology Connected Lighting部門負責人George Yianni說，在該產品已經上市的美國，「有人因回家時不願意走進黑暗的無人房間，而在到家之前先把燈打開」。

在約1677萬色中選擇發光色也很容易。例如，只需用手指觸摸平板螢幕上顯示的照片和圖片的任意顏色，就可以令燈泡發出那種顏色的光。

能用智慧手機遠端控制，難免會有誤開關別人家照明器具的擔憂，Yianni表示，「通信已用HTTPS等加了密，不會出錯。燈泡和應用的關聯要設定後才能操作，因此也無需擔心會誤關了鄰居家的燈泡」。

產品與在美國一樣，透過Apple Store和在線Apple Online Store發售。Yianni表示，「該燈泡是可針對各種年齡用戶和場景的產品，但不想在量販店裏與白熾燈泡等一同廉價銷售。首先針對的是iPhone等的重度用戶，在美國定位為iPhone的週邊，還有人以使用該燈泡為傲」。（記者：野澤哲生，《日經電子》）
