警方尋找下，今天早上６時許在海端鄉力稻的崖下尋獲，李姓民眾身體卡在路面下200公尺的山壁，明顯死亡多時，30多名警義消花了近3小時才將死者吊起，警方目前正進一步了解死者墜谷原因。

【呂志明／台北報導】特偵組揭露法務部前部長曾勇夫接受立院院長王金平關說案，由於外界質疑特偵組拿A案查B案，有違法監聽之虞，上周六（7日）已有人向台北地檢署按鈴告發，北檢已分案交由檢肅黑金專組主任檢察官張介欽負責偵辦。

昔日戰地金門大膽、二膽，預計於明年六月開放為觀光景點。對此，全球防衛雜誌採訪主任施孝瑋認為，二島的開放只是宣示意義，象徵兩岸對峙走向歷史；資深軍事記者亓樂義也表示，開放二島屬於象徵性意義，其軍事重要性已無關輕重；國策研究院專任副研究員歐錫富也認為，大膽、二膽島在戰略上已無關痛癢，二島所能帶來的經濟效益也很有限。

行政院預計於明年六月將金門大膽、二膽兩個軍事要地，開放為觀光景點，軍方預定於明年五月撤離島上兩百名駐軍，移交金門縣政府管理，並於2015年開放觀光。對此，國內軍事專家學家發表他們的看法說，大膽、二膽島由於交通不便，加上島上缺乏基礎建設，可能會吸引好奇的民眾，或是以前在島上服役的人前往懷舊，但實質的觀光效益應該不大。

全球防衛雜誌採訪主任施孝瑋認為，金門大膽、二膽島開放觀光的政治意義大於軍事意義。在過去，兩島可封鎖廈門的水道與出港口，但是隨著時代改變，國軍從金馬大量撒軍，且在人數與武器上與大陸相比並無優勢，所以兩島已無太大戰略價值。

資深軍事記者亓樂義表示，開放金門大膽、二膽島屬於象徵性意義，是台灣向中國大陸釋出的善意，過去國際學者曾建議兩岸在金門建立「和平公園」，雖然後來並沒有實現，但金門二島的開放具有同樣效果，而它們在軍事上已無關輕重，並不會造成國防安全問題。

「至於經濟上的商機，開放兩島可能吸引陸客前往，一睹昔日的戰地風光，觀看『三民主義、統一中國』的標語。」亓樂義認為，若要成為觀光地，金門縣政府可能要更加強島上的交通和基礎建設。

國策研究院專任副研究員歐錫富也認為，開放金門二島的軍事意義不大，國軍在金馬駐守的人數逐年漸少，大膽、二膽島在軍備上已無關痛癢，象徵性意義較大，至於經濟上能帶來的效益恐怕有限，交通和建設更是先要解決的問題。

金門縣立委楊應雄則表示，金門兩島面積太小，以目前的交通運輸與基礎建設而言，開放後所能承受的遊客數有限，政府應謹慎評估後再開放。

根據永慶房產集團觀察，2013年1至7月，全台建物買賣移轉量中，台中市占比14%，且從外縣市遷入台中的人口數達2萬8,359人，僅落後雙北市。永慶房產集團研究發展中心經理黃舒衛認為，台中市已成為雙北客買房團看中的潛力區塊，有意購屋者，可多加留意。

黃舒衛說明，由統計資料也可看出，因台中具有直轄市優勢，整體建設規劃完善，吸引不少周邊縣市人口遷入；預估2013全年，光是中部人口，就有2萬餘人將遷入台中，其中彰化及南投占比逾7成，是台中外來人口的最大來源。

內政部統計資料顯示，具有強大購屋能力的雙北客，2013年除持續瞄準雙北地區置產外，遷入台中市的人數也高達5,120人，占外縣市遷入人口的20%左右。

至於購屋族對台中最感興趣的區域為何？永慶房仲網統計資料指出，在2012到2013年的台中民眾網路購屋留言中，以西屯、北屯、南屯、西區、北區、南區等6大區塊為主，是最受購屋人關注的區域。

黃舒衛解釋，台中市在2010年升格為直轄市後，多項建設齊發，帶動周邊房市交易轉趨熱絡，近年來有台中捷運綠線沿線及豪宅題材加持的五期、七期、八期重劃區，因環境完善，區內高品質住宅林立，加上商圈完整，最受到市場期待。
