台灣導演蔡明亮新作「郊遊」入圍威尼斯影展競賽單元，有機會再次角逐金獅獎，他直說「這部是他最滿意的作品，入圍不意外」。

第70屆威尼斯國際電影節公布入圍影片名單，蔡明亮新作「郊遊」入圍競賽單元。蔡明亮曾以「愛情萬歲」入圍威尼斯影展，並奪下影展最高榮譽金獅獎，他今天開心表示「心情當然很好」。

入行20多年的蔡明亮表示，每次拍電影都能入圍國際大型影展競賽，對他來說「入圍就已經算是結出果實」，因為他拍的片不是巨作也沒有明星，非常個人化，在一般市場不容易被注意，能入圍影展就很重要。

對於「郊遊」入圍這屆威尼斯影展競賽單元，蔡明亮也直說「不意外」，假如沒有入圍，他才該質疑「電影節怎麼了？而入圍確實也讓我安心」。

蔡明亮說，他所有作品沒有一部亂做，沒有一部讓他有遺憾，而且每部片都能為國家爭光，從沒失手過。

他表示，「郊遊」可以算是他最好、最滿意的作品，不論是時機、他的年齡、經驗，包括演員的成熟度、劇組人員的成熟度都到了。「郊遊」後製完成定稿時，他非常開心，這部片展現出他更自由的創作。

「我在市區被流浪狗咬到，要打狂犬病疫苗嗎？」近日衛生單位湧進民眾詢問電話，擔心不已。有學者呼籲，感染狂犬病病毒發病率為三成，萬一發病致死率才是百分之百，政府應向民眾說清楚。

中山醫學大學公衛系教授翁瑞宏在台灣公共衛生學會臉書貼文指出，人被染狂犬病動物咬到發病，致死率近百分之百，是目前所有傳染病中最高的。

不過，翁瑞宏說，根據美國疾病管制局發布的資料，如果不小心被帶狂犬病毒的動物咬傷，且未打事後預防性疫苗，發病率為三成，即不一定會發病，就像愛滋病毒一樣，即使感染，若不發病就沒事。

疾管署網頁的疫情資訊寫著，感染狂犬病病毒致死率達百分之百，翁瑞宏強調：「疾管署應清楚說明，這是指發病後的致死率，免得人心惶惶。」

翁瑞宏指出，感染病毒會不會發病，和身體感受性、病毒量進入體內多少量有關；若病毒量少，較不易蔓延到大腦造成急性病毒性腦脊髓炎。

翁瑞宏也說，狂犬病毒對化學物質很敏感，所以民眾遭動物咬傷，照疾管署建議用肥皂水趕快清洗，並用優碘或七成比率酒精消毒幫助很大。

不過，台大醫院兒童感染科主任黃立民認為，「即使只有三成風險，發病起來也會讓人受不了。」況且什麼狀況下容易發病，目前仍無法掌握，寧可料敵從寬、禦敵從嚴，高危險族群被咬傷後仍應快打疫苗。

疾管署副署長莊人祥也說，世界衛生組織已明確建議，被帶狂犬病毒動物咬傷後，有按時程施打免疫球蛋白及五劑疫苗，發病率甚至可降為不到一成。
