【郭美瑜／台北報導】賃居北市萬美國宅17年的身障黃姓夫妻，兩人騎乘殘障機車屢遭人檢舉停在出入口擋道，因租約規定走道空間不得擺放腳踏車、私人物品等，黃姓夫妻經主管機關勸導，限期未改善，今年7月租約到期前遭市府終止租約，且法院裁定准許市府強制執行收回住宅。北市議員李新批評，此案可協調，市府卻聲請強制執行是「大砲打小鳥」。

李新今與黃姓夫妻會勘現場，住戶大門有身障坡道通往馬路，4格身障車格就劃設在最近住戶大門的馬路上。但黃夫抱怨，身障車位距電梯仍太遠、車格太小，兩人停車不便才停公共空間。黃妻則坦承，車停電梯入口附近確實不對，是為圖方便，未料最後卻無屋可住。

另有身障住戶抱怨身障車格被其他機車占用，許姓住戶說，確有其他住戶認為兩人亂機車，造成其他住戶出入不便。 李新說，此案可協調，市府卻聲請強制執行是「大砲打小鳥」。

北市都發局南區管理處主任徐武亮說，屢接獲民眾檢舉黃姓夫妻違規停放機車，因該住戶確實違反契約規定，管委會不僅屢貼單勸導改善，還發函通知改善，該住戶屢勸不聽，只好依契約執行，於今年7月間終止租約，且經法院裁定准予強制執行。

行政院長江宜樺今晚宴請立委，國民黨立委廖正井向江揆表示，目前監獄人滿為患，他近期會提出減刑條例，內容與範圍比照中華民國96年罪犯減刑條例。據轉述，江揆表示，會交給法務部研議。

前總統陳水扁與前立委顏清標目前都在獄中服刑，是否可適用？廖正井澄清說，陳水扁的刑期超過一年半，根本不適用；至於顏清標，廖正井說，顏已適用過去的減刑條例，與顏也無關。

2013水里鵲橋〈呆呆〉行活動，訂於11月17日在水里鄉上安村〈呆呆〉休閒農業區舉行，農業體驗活動內容豐富，歡迎民眾報名參與，預約報名時間至11月13日止，於上班時間洽水里鄉農會推廣股049-2778417。

南投縣水里鄉「〈呆呆〉休閒農業區」是全國發展休閒農業最成功的休閒農業區之一，「〈呆呆〉」是「梅」古字，讀音一樣。上安村為典型農村型態與信義鄉為鄰，是新中橫公路必經之地，農特產豐富，有香菇、葡萄、梅子、水蜜桃、甜柿、臍橙等。

水里鄉農會為了推廣農業休閒旅遊，將於11月17日辦理「水里鵲橋呆呆行」活動，歡迎各地民眾全家大手牽小手，一起到水里鄉上安村梅休閒農業區尋夢園，體驗農業產業文化。

本次活動以廣受好評的八卦茶席為主演台，除了品茗、茶道外還有休區小朋友精彩的說唱藝術表演和農村國樂等表演。休區內景點導覽解說，將帶領民眾認識九二一災後重建的坪頂十六集戶、水里鵲橋、茶與生活廣場、永天宮、上安陶甕牆等。

農業體驗活動內容包括鉛筆DIY、健康茶包DIY、豬籠粄DIY、手掌茶菁揉乾坤DIY等，很好玩喔！

最近看完了無間道三部曲，有個小疑問，倪永孝知道倪永仁是臥底嗎？ 戲裡面好像沒特別提到，但倪永孝花了四年的時間， 把所有當初害死他爸的人全部找了出來， 連黃Sir跟Mary去開房間都能被他請私家偵探偷錄到， 順便連臥底七年的張耀揚也清除掉了， 照這樣細心的程度，不可能查不出來倪永仁是黃Sir派來的臥底。 另外這三部曲裡只要是頭部中彈的全部都是直接死亡， 像是第一部的陳永仁，或是第三部楊錦榮都是如此， 倪永孝同樣是頭部中彈，卻花了幾十秒鐘拍他倒在倪永仁懷中， 扯開倪永仁外套，翻出一個黑黑的東西（疑似竊聽器），望了他一下之後就掛了， 這是否也暗示著他早就知道倪永仁是臥底，只是想在死前確認一下？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 108.254.145.137

最近被熱烈討論的「多元成家草案」包含「婚姻平權」、「伴侶制度」及「家屬制度」，其中的「婚姻平權（同性婚姻）」引發宗教界反彈，甚至聯合了基督教、天主教、佛教、道教、一貫道……等約十多個宗教團體領袖組成「台灣宗教團體愛護家庭大聯盟」。

不只是宗教界，許多沒有特定宗教背景的民眾也反對多元成家草案。宗教信仰的價值觀不是反對多元成家草案的唯一理由，還有像是倫理價值、社會結構、家庭關係……等等。不過在這些反對理由之外，卻有一個因素鮮少被提到－「同性婚姻」威脅到異性戀者在心理上的獨特性。這也許能解釋為什麼同性婚姻在異性戀為多數的社會中，會受到如此大的反彈。

異性戀者在心理上的獨特性要從社會性認定理論（Social Identity Theory）談起。社會性認定理論是指個人意識到自己屬於團體成員，而能辨識出和自己和其他團體成員的不同，比方像是不同種族、不同性別、不同國家……，團體的輪廓也就更清楚呈現，進而使團體成員有向心力，為「自己」（的團體）付出比對其它團體更多。

當社會性認定受到威脅時，社會性認定所勾勒出的「團體」也就可能會消失，因此我們會盡可能捍衛社會性認定。對異性戀者來說，婚姻是其中一項和同性戀者不同的特徵。當同性戀者和異性戀者有一樣的婚姻權，那麼異性戀者和同性戀者之間就又減少了一項差異，威脅到「異性戀者」這個團體的輪廓。

美國一樣面臨同性婚姻合法化的爭議，但是民眾對於「婚姻」（marriages）的反彈，似乎比「民事結合」（civil union）更大。2007年，現在任教於哈佛大學的心理學教授雷米勒（Justin Lehmiller），和另外兩位專家發表了一項有趣的實驗結果，就顯示了「同性婚姻」的概念會使異性戀感覺受到威脅 [1]。

研究團隊設計了兩段承認同性婚姻合法的假設性法案，兩段法案的差異只在於用字是「婚姻」或是「民事結合」，然後找來一百多名平均19歲的異性戀大學生，在他們讀了其中一句之後填寫問卷，以七個等級評估自己是否支持這項法條，以及是否覺得這項法條會威脅到異性戀、社會、家庭價值、婚姻、個人關係。

那個阿....看了一長串討論下來我突然發現很恐怖的一件事 就是我實在不敢相信寫出S1&SP那個不斷對晨間劇碼打臉 的編劇會寫出EP4&EP5這樣的嬌情晨間劇結尾 以編劇在S1鋪的沙織梗，我突然覺得 會不會這兩集結尾的winwin都是古美門塞錢 給委託人去演給羽生看的戲碼阿（乾 最後幾集才來個回馬槍告訴羽生世界上有winwin 但絕不是你這種嬌情的winwin 然後那幾個委託人早已撕破臉之類的（爆 以及羽生每集都在看的照片其實是在看古美門的可能性 如果真是這樣的話S2絕對神劇了XDDDD （要是撐到EP10都沒有打羽生臉我會受不了） winwin給羽生爽了兩集也夠了吧!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.71.35.116

【張勵德／台北報導】強颱海燕上周五重創菲律賓，外交部昨召集國內各大NGO團體緊急完成賑災物資募集，並協調軍方支援，已優先將100公噸的物資，例如軍毯、口糧、帳棚及醫療物資等，送往菲律賓，預計今天傍晚就會抵達宿霧機場。

紅十字會總會表示，菲律賓駐台代表白希禮今天也到場感謝全台灣人民，並親自登上C130運輸機，強調要親自把台灣的愛帶到菲律賓。而該會今天也派出2名先遣人員，隨著軍機出發前往重災區評估需求，並拜會當地紅十字會與紅新月會國際聯合會(IFRC)駐菲辦事處，共同研商後續支援賑災事宜。

依菲律賓官方公布的統計數據，截至10日上午，總計受災人口達98萬餘戶、約446萬人。菲律賓紅十字會則表示，救援團隊在萊特省首府看到約千具屍體，預料死亡人數將急劇上升。

（軍聞社記者莊家宏臺北十二日電）針對今天媒體報導陸軍AH-64E阿帕契攻擊直升機採購價格過高，國防部軍事發言人羅紹和少將表示，該案總金額為新臺幣593億餘元，共計包含後勤支援、人員訓練、國內基地整建等項目，並非外界直接將總金額除以30架直升機，所得出單架AH-64E直升機金額近20億元，實際上單架直升機約8億元。

艾莉絲28歲開始長魚尾紋，懷孕時脖子上出現一條條頸紋，徹底把她嚇壞了，「人家說媽媽的妊娠線深，是代表跟小孩緣份深，但我懷孕長頸紋到底是什麼意思阿？」後來她在洗臉後，用果凍凝膠沿著下巴按摩到脖子，才慢慢趕走討人厭的頸紋。

她日前錄東森《現在才知道》，自爆從小就愛吃生紅蘿蔔，「小時候只要我乖乖聽話，奶奶就會給我一根生紅蘿蔔吃，我當甘蔗來啃，覺得很香很好吃，才造就現在白嫩的皮膚。」現在紅蘿蔔成了家中必備食材，她不時幫女兒做成副食品，笑說：「但女兒好像吃太多了，臉都黃黃的，我還以為女兒給我擺臭臉呢！」

家醫科醫師陳柏臣分析，吃紅蘿蔔會讓身體代謝變差，導致胡蘿蔔素累積在體內，臉色便會蠟黃，他指出艾莉絲應是生活作息正常，並且加強防曬才能維持白嫩肌膚，跟胡蘿蔔沒關係，提醒想要皮膚白嫩，重點在於睡眠充足。
