【生活中心／台北報導】桃園航空城開發及土地徵收計畫引發爭議，日前更有一名老農喝農藥自殺抗議。政治大學地政學系教授徐世榮現為台灣農村陣線理事長，他昨參與內政部該案審查會議時，聽聞交通部代表宣稱，土地徵收是為了復興航空的需要，因此他今發信給復興航空詢問回應。
 
徐世榮在信中指出，交通部代表宣稱復興航空在台沒有修理與維護飛機場所，之前都需飛至香港或新加坡維修，因此屢次希望政府協助解決。徐世榮詢問復興航空此說法是否屬實，土地地點和所需面積，也質疑復興航空是否自行努力嘗試過其他解決方式，也想得知復興航空對政府用強烈手段徵收土地的看法。

【高堂堯／南投報導】南投市興霖食品公司使用銅葉綠素鈉為「五木拉麵」蔬菜麵等產品染色，因為延遲通報，南投縣衛生局終於開罰；衛生局指出採延遲通報1天一百萬元標準，對興霖公司先處以一百萬元罰緩。

南投衛生局於11月6日經台北市政府衛生局通報，得知興霖食品公司進用金鎬貿易公司的銅葉綠素鈉產品，前往稽查；但興霖公司當天僅招認3項自有「五木拉麵」產品，隔天（11月7日）才告知還有10項自有或代工產品，合計13項內銷產品染「銅」。 

南投檢方昨天搜索興霖工廠，扣押出貨資料、帳冊和問題產品等物證，持續釐清是否有故意使用銅葉綠素鈉情形；南投衛生局指出，針對興霖食品13項產品使用銅葉綠素鈉，將採一行為一罰原則，依《食品衛生管理法》第47條，各可處3至300萬元罰鍰，最高罰3900萬元，待司法調查結果出爐將審酌最終罰鍰數額。

科技部落格AppleInsider報導，蘋果公司已「暫緩」推出智慧電視產品的計畫，轉而全心投入開發穿戴式裝置，例如備受各界期待的智慧手表「iWatch」。

研究機構NPD DisplaySearch引述電視業供應鏈的消息指出，蘋果已不再如先前打算，急於在明年推出智慧電視。該機構電視研究部門主管賈南（Paul Gagnon）說，蘋果最初的計畫「離拍板定案還很遠」，但的確希望在明年第2季推出電視產品。

根據消息來源，蘋果擱置推出智慧電視的「主要原因」之一，是因為無法取得「獨占的專有內容」。這類專有內容將使蘋果的智慧電視平台脫穎而出，成功在廝殺激烈的市場中站穩腳跟。

蘋果現有的電視機上盒、Roku機上盒和Google新推出的電視連結裝置Chromecast，也都削弱了許多消費者對智慧電視的需求。

賈南說：「確實，蘋果現有的機上盒可能成為蘋果智慧電視產品成功的阻礙，這類產品在美國的銷售成長不如許多人原先預期。據我們最新的預測，今年智慧電視僅會占所有電視出貨量的25%左右，且往後成長將更加緩慢，市場將專注於低階的超值機款。」

蘋果計劃推出完整智慧電視產品的傳言已非新聞，但過去幾個月相關傳聞卻逐漸降溫。相反地，產業觀察家現在預期蘋果將在明年推出穿戴式裝置「iWatch」。

儘管如此，市場仍謠傳蘋果繼去年3月為機上盒換新晶片後，即將再次進行硬體更新。據說新一代的蘋果電視機上盒可能包括新的控制模式，以提升使用者經驗。

群益投信指出，統計顯示，匯豐中國採購經理人指數（PMI）連續三個月站上50，則中國股市三、六、12個月之後的報酬率都為正值。

群益大中華雙力優勢基金經理人陳培文指出，10月底市場資金緊俏的問題僅為正常波動，類似6月底的錢荒問題不會再出現，系統性風險並不存在，投資人不必太悲觀。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，高雄某專科學校的警衛劉紹鵬，因曾借錢給一名熟識的女學生，去年竟恐嚇該女學生要說出兩人關係，還揚言要拔下女學生的陰毛，女學生擔心遭人誤會，被逼讓劉男兩度用手指性侵得逞，被害女學生不甘受辱，打電話向父親哭訴，被害人父親和警察隨即趕到並循線逮捕劉男。最高法院昨依對未成年強制性交等罪，判劉男六年半徒刑定讞。
