07/10 紫光問題與客服聯絡!! 一些資訊給大家參考

1.客服承認鏡頭模組出問題 且大部分是更新後開始發生
2.客服老實說 :不見意現在送修　　因為問題源真的還在處理　也就是說還不敢確定100%找出問題對測
3.客服沒有要我開ISO質去測試！！　直接跟我承認相機模組有問題
4.可以馬上送修！！　會換一隻機子給你（沒說新的　還是整新機）
5.客服有提到　HTC 近日會公告相關事件細節

我也是業務　也遇過全球的SAFTY RECALL , 老實說,如果真的是相機模組問題　這次HTC 會損失很慘重

前天的跌停板　或許不是第二季的EPS只有1.5 ,而是這件事情的嚴重性

PS :抱怨一下　　網路01　技術文　發洩文　璀測文　一堆　　HTC危機處理真的沒有很好
