強颱蘇力海警　氣象局11:40說明

【綜合報導】強颱蘇力目前中心位置在鵝鑾鼻的東方約 960 公里之海面上。以每小時22公里速度，向西北西進行，七級風暴風半徑達280公里，氣象局針對台灣北部海面、東北部海面、東南部海面及巴士海峽發布海上颱風警報，提醒航行及作業船隻應嚴加戒備。
臺灣北部、東半部濱海地區及綠島、蘭嶼、恆春半島已有長浪出現，請避免前往海邊活動。

氣象局預估，明天下半天開始，風雨就會逐漸增強，一直到周六上半天，風雨將是最強的時候，請民眾要避免外出。
