幫幫忙~我母親接到遠x電話月租費減半,結果他自動簽約

我母親在5月份的時候接到一通遠x的電話說他合約到期,可以幫他月租費減半也就答應

結果今日要去解約才知道被自動簽約

在之前那通月租費減半的電話中完全沒有提到簽約的事情,可是在今日才知道有被自動簽約,也沒有簽任何合約的說..

要解約需要一千多元違約金,不是數字的問題,是心情根本不爽,感覺就像是被騙了
