請幫幫我多元溝通部落格，網頁持續無法開啟。

陸軍下士洪仲丘被關禁閉惡整致死，陸軍司令李翔宙除了鞠躬道歉，還表示對洪仲丘未透過陸軍司令部設置的「請幫幫我多元溝通部落格」申訴感到訝異，但記者從今（18）日上午開始嘗試進入該網頁，一直到下午13點30分為止，仍無法正常開啟，網頁持續呈現故障狀態。
洪仲丘在27日送禁閉前一天，曾傳簡訊給長官求救，但沒想到收到訊息的兩位長官都未處理，眼睜睜看洪走向死亡之路。
對此，李翔宙解釋，陸軍司令部設有「請幫幫我多元溝通部落格」，讓遭受到不平等待遇的官兵可以直接和專案小組聯繫，他很驚訝洪關禁閉時，竟未透過這個管道申訴。
不過記者實際測試這個部落格（http://www.army.mil.tw/），目前仍無法使用，若有官兵真的在緊急情況需要救助，這樣的管道顯然很難有立即幫助。
根據陸軍司令部說法，該部落格是李翔宙指示建置，內容包括「Q&A」、「工作ing」與「小宇宙大道理」，除原有軍用網路「司令信箱」外，並新增網際網路「司令信箱帳號」（army@mail.mil.tw），讓官兵在營外也可透過網路來反映各類情事。同時，網頁中也有留言版，讓官兵能在線上紓發個人心情或意見。
