英國新屋開工升至五年新高

最新公布的產業數據顯示，英國新屋開工攀抵五年來高點。

國家房屋建築委員會（NHBC）表示，上半年向NHBC登記的新屋數約為6.74萬戶，創2008年來新高。NHBC商業總監塔瑪約說：「英國新屋開工數全面上升，倫敦仍是最大的成長動力。」

NHBC說，該數據涵蓋全英80%的新屋開工市場。

光是第2季，新屋開工較一年前躍增38%至3.57萬戶左右。

房市回春，主要來拜政府對新屋和整體房地產市場推出的刺激措施之賜，當局希望藉此協助經濟復甦、滿足房市需求。
