全家近年來積極經營商場開發，目前在全台商場達16家，主要是位於大專院校、交通設施點，國道新營服務區26日正式開幕，引進地方特色廠商，打造出全台第一座智慧綠能國道服務區，預估今年營收可達1.5億元，較過去經營者年營收1.2億元成長25%。
全家指出，目前國內共有14座服務區，總計年營收達32億元，其中南仁湖經營的有7座、新東陽3座、統一超、義美、大西洋及全家則是各有1座；年營收排名前三大則是新東陽的清水休息站、南仁湖的東山休息站、新東陽的關西休息站；今年底前清水、南投、西湖將重新招標。
全家目前在商場經營部分，北區有松山機場商場、台大小福商場、文化大學商場、內湖時代商場、元智大學商場、汐止國泰商場、中央大學商場、竹科科技商場、交大女二商場；中區有東海大學商場、靜宜大學商場、南區則有高雄醫大商場、新營國道商場。
總經理張仁敦指出，進駐新營服務區商場經營，是全家首度取得國道服務區的經營權，今年3月起接手後投資千萬元重新打造全智慧節能服務區，同時引進地方特色廠商，包括嘉義特有的檸檬漢堡、台南學甲特產虱目魚、南部地區知名飲料連鎖店、多家台灣伴手禮好店等，預估年營收可達1.5億元。

他表示，在環保節能的訴求下，與工研院合作打造國內首座智慧節能國道服務區，公共空間全數使用LED燈具，同時導入能源管理系統，預估每月可節省電力11650度，省下電費35416元，減少約6.2公噸的二氧化碳排放量，全年可節省20%的用電，環境效益減少約74.4公噸碳排放，相當約種了1萬顆樹。
