標題[請問] 關於繼承負債

我一位最近認識的朋友說 他國小的時候父親就過世了 這兩天他提到他身上有200萬的負債 是父親過世時沒有辦拋棄繼承所以變成他的 我記得爸爸過世 遺產是媽媽跟小孩各一半 那意思是他媽媽也有200萬的負債嗎? 除非是媽媽辦了拋棄繼承 但忘記幫孩子辦? 我的猜測有錯誤嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.17.183
