狂犬病引爆搶打疫苗恐慌！被狗咬、遭貓抓，各地動物抓咬傷申請使用狂犬病疫苗案件數過去24小時之內一口氣爆增，100人湧入各大醫院要求打疫苗，是前一天的2倍之多。

被狗咬、遭貓抓，天啊，會不會得狂犬病？狂犬病疫情增溫，民眾也如驚弓之鳥，恐慌性搶打疫苗，各地動物抓咬傷申請使用狂犬病疫苗案件數一口氣爆增，過去24小時之內，就有100人湧入各大醫院要求打疫苗，是前一天的2倍之多，不過最後僅49人經審核有風險同意使用。全台9天以來，已累積245人遭抓咬傷。
農委會今（30）天再確診2隻鼬獾感染狂犬病，分別在南投縣仁愛、高雄市美濃被檢出；迄今全台已有6個縣市、12地區淪陷，共14例的鼬獾確診感染狂犬病。
值得注意的是，日前咬傷南投縣仁愛鄉一名9歲女童右腳趾的鼬獾，也在今天被確診感染狂犬病，衛生福利部疾病管制署副署長莊人祥表示，女童27日遭咬傷當天即施打狂犬病疫苗，檢驗結果出爐之後，為求安全起見，疾管署今天凌晨也已緊急送免疫球蛋白南下，供女童施打。
染毒鼬獾每日一爆，五都更有台中市、台南市以及高雄市相繼淪陷，造成民眾恐慌心理，草木皆兵，根據疾管署統計，過去24小時之內，全台就有100件動物抓咬傷申請使用狂犬病苗，比前一天49件多2倍，不過經審核，只有一半不到、49人真有風險、同意使用，其中17人是被鼬獾抓咬傷。
疾管署長張峰義也強調，迄今14例狂犬病例全是鼬獾，仍限於單一物種，且無證據有本土的貓狗被證實感染狂犬病，民眾無需過度恐慌，目前僅有被鼬獾或曾被鼬獾抓咬傷的流浪犬貓所傷的民眾，評估有風險；若是被沒有症狀的家貓、家犬抓咬傷，風險極低，並沒有必要施打疫苗。 (接下一頁)
