立院表決在即 蘇蔡同籲停建核四

立法院二日將表決核四公投案，民進黨主席蘇貞昌與前主席蔡英文同聲要求馬政府立即停建核四。

蘇貞昌一日晚間在立法院表示，停建核四是全民期待，馬政府若能立即停建核四，能讓人民、政府、國家「三贏」，但馬總統卻以個人意見，要求國民黨立委「蠻幹」，民進黨一定全力阻擋。

蔡英文也呼籲馬政府立即停建核四，別再以錯誤命題操弄公投。

蔡英文說，非核家園是「環境基本法」中明列的國家目標，政府有責任努力落實，並以永續的能源政策做好配套，但現在政府打算利用公投法的立法漏洞，藉不合理的高門檻和違反責任政治原則的命題來操弄公投結果，規避責任、愚弄國人，這是欺騙、更是對台灣民主的公然褻瀆。
