楊永明開始全力投入基隆請益學習

辭官準備參選下屆基隆市長的國安會副秘書長楊永明今天是在國安會的最後一日上班，他表示，明天起開始全力投入基隆的請益與學習。

楊永明說，希望能為這個社會貢獻己力，讓台灣更和平、更發展、更國際。

「國際格局、光采基隆」是楊永明的主張，希望能讓基隆成為「海洋園區」與「文創樂活」的國際城市。楊永明服務處籌備中。
