預算難編要加稅？財長：債限範圍內

主計總處今天在行政院院會報告103年度中央政府總預算，歲入共編列1兆7308億元，較102年預算數1兆7333億元減少25 億元，約減少0.1%，是四年來首度負成長；對於預算編列財源籌措困難，政府是否考慮加稅，財政部長張盛和說，目前預算籌措還在債限範圍內，是否加稅，隨時作滾動性檢討。
