請問您不考慮以運動控制嗎?? 我在球隊的隊友也是成人過動症， 後來他開始每天運動8小時， 包含重量訓練以及體能、體力、爆發力的訓練， 後來真的有逐漸好轉， 現在已經能一次專注二小時的時間了 他還跟我說，很感謝得到這個病， 因為他原本體能很弱， 後來拼了命運動，現在體能超勁爆的， 而且過動症的人認真起來簡直是拼了命似的往前衝， 看他在籃球場上的表現就是如此， 我從來沒看過有人的拼勁比他強 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.27.171.100
