崑中師不滿減薪 校方稱是借支

台南市私立崑山中學老師今天指控校方以少子化招生不足為由減薪，崑中校長張木生說，這是向老師借支，不是減薪。

崑中老師減薪已引起台南市政府的關切，崑中老師也證實教育部人員下午到校訪視。

崑中陳姓學科主任及魏姓數學老師，走出校門接受媒體訪問時說，他們到崑中教書20多年，一到校薪水打85折，今年8月1日更被校方告知招生不足，實領薪水再打75折。

老師表示，崑中有3000多名學生，即使招生不如預期，也不能向老師下手減薪，影響老師生計，已有10多名老師因減薪離職。

崑中老師減薪消息傳出後，媒體雲集，但學校大門深鎖，不讓媒體進入。台南市教育產業工會理事長許又仁、台南市教師會理事長侯俊良也到校聲援老師，全被擋在門外。

多位老師則在勤學樓上拉起白布條，大書「學校霸道，減薪不合法，減薪影響員工生計」，向學校抗議。

張木生走到校外向媒體澄清說，這不是減薪，而是向老師借支，從校長以下一視同仁，借薪歸還日期待董事會開會敲定。
