我的電腦沒有靈魂(安裝WIN7系統問題)

前兩天組好的電腦終於送來了!!!!
BUT~人生最討厭就是有個BUT...
在開始安裝作業系統的時候出了個大問題
我安裝的是WIN7的作業系統
前段都很順利
直到安裝程序完成 自動重開機後
進入設定電腦名稱及密碼 都很正常
直到設定好日期與時間後....
就跳出"登入程序初始化失敗
互動式登入程序初始化失敗
請參閱事件紀錄檔以取得詳細資料。"
僅有確定能按...按確定後自動重開機
就卡在Windows四顆燈的畫面...
請問這該如何解決的T^T
我連桌面都近不去阿~~~~

處理器類型： XeonE3-1230V3
記憶體：Kingston 8G 1600Hz*2
主機板：ASUS B85-Plus BIOS版本0413
顯示卡：技嘉 R7870C-2GD/2G DDR5/30cm
硬碟：??????1T(忘記哪一顆)
風扇：海韻 G450W 80Plus 金牌
系統：Win7
