北市7月實價揭露　房價1500萬內最搶手

【張菱育／台北報導】台北市政府地政局今舉辦記者會表示，7月實價登錄筆數共4913筆，揭露筆數4151筆，揭露率約84.5%。交易案件以住宅大樓為主，佔35.7%；交易價格方面，總價在1500萬元以下仍為主流，佔45.7%。

統計去年8月至今年7月實價資料，捷運周邊的住宅大樓和公寓房價交易，以捷運中山國小站周邊交易量最多，達785件；住宅大樓房價最高為捷運國父紀念館站旁，平均每坪98.69萬元；公寓房價最高為忠孝敦化站旁，每坪89.19萬元。
