美味意麵滷菜 台南市中西區忠義路二段98號 06-2245382 消費時間:2013/9 圖文網誌版http://goldenbee.pixnet.net/blog/post/161432792 知道台南有很多家有名的陽春麵小攤，朋友介紹我一家也是老字號的麵店， 在台南市市區阿霞飯店附近 實在不好停車，５：３０到小小麵攤還有幾桌客人在用餐，老闆是一對老夫妻．．． 今天點了餛飩湯麵＆乾麵一盤滷菜附上一碗清湯．． 乾麵一入口的感覺就是很香，麵條很Ｑ彈不會很鹹，是台南人喜歡的乾麵 台南老乾麵都是用豬油拌乾麵，香氣很濃厚，但是這一家讓我比較喜歡的是麵條， 真的很好吃．． 我個人比較愛吃麻醬乾麵，有好吃的麻醬乾麵再請大家推薦給我喔 餛飩湯麵，我先喝了湯，恩．．．很有古早味，紅蔥頭肉燥的陽春麵是我的最愛， 但是還未達到我心目中的陽春麵．． 湯頭就差那一點點，但是麵條真的很厲害所以有彌補了我的遺憾～ 餛飩很好吃算是新鮮內餡吃起來甜甜鹹鹹 滷菜也是古早味，我也愛這味，豆干外香內軟海帶有入味口感軟軟小脆口， 滷蛋也有入味也好吃 以上綜合，我還是會來吃，只是我會比較喜歡吃湯麵．．^_^ -- 棉花糖‧愛分享 http://goldenbee.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.226.42
