不受天兔影響 高鐵全天通車

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園21日電）不受天兔颱風影響，台灣高鐵今天全線正常營運服務，各車次列車依時刻表發車。

高鐵上午表示，為確保運行安全，若部分路段風速、雨量過大達到運轉限制標準時，列車將採取行車速限，若因此延誤預定到站時間，屬天然災害因素，將不適用延遲退費規定。1020921
