關島附近熱低壓　發展為第20號颱風「帕布」

【張勵德／台北報導】原先位於關島附近海面上的熱帶性低氣壓，今天下午2時增強為第20號颱風，中文譯名為「帕布」(Pabuk，寮國命名，原意為「淡水魚」)。中央氣象局預估，由於帕布颱風距離台灣很遠，並不會影響台灣陸地天氣。
