行政院通過國家科學技術發展計畫

行政院會通過國家科學技術發展計畫草案，行政院長江宜樺表示，國科會以第九次全國科技會議總結報告為藍本，邀集相關部會共同完成民國102年至105年國家科學技術發展計畫。針對我國科技發展提出7項目標、27項策略及58項重要措施，請各部會全力落實、積極推動，以回應國人對科技發展與轉型的殷切期待。

國科會表示，102年至105年國家科學技術發展計畫提出的7項目標包括，提升台灣的學研地位、做好台灣的智財布局、推動台灣永續發展、銜接上游學研與下游產業、推動由上而下的科技計畫、提升台灣科技產業創新動能、解決台灣的科技人才危機等。
