針對馬王案監聽洩密疑雲，總統馬英九今天晚上以證人身分接受北檢詢問。檢方對應訊地點保密，外傳馬英九是到總統府後方的北檢第四辦公室應訊。為躲開媒體，盛傳馬英九是由秘道進入，北檢第四辦公室周遭不見警方與維安人員。近晚間10時許，北檢第四辦公室熄燈，馬英九應已結束偵訊。
