想問一下 像facebook 或者美國很多大型網站類的公司 他們是如何把價值增加這麼多倍數(幾十萬被這種) 且創辦人 所占個股權還沒有減少很多 因為網站很多都沒有盈餘 應該沒法用盈餘轉增資 但如果用原始股去對外募資假設一開始一塊 最多也只能增加幾百倍(要不然就會超 出市場行情) 所以還是有別的辦法嗎?(每年配發給創辦人股數應該也不夠 像它們這樣翻轉幾十 萬倍吧) 有人比較瞭解可以提供一下資訊嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.233.32
