目前是學生且身份是僑生的我未滿19歲 在2013年6月30日請了另外1位21歲的僑生朋友 簽下了遠傳775+398配套搭配小米2S 但我直到最近才發現有學生方案 可當時那位貌似新手的遠傳人員根本沒跟我們提過這學生方案 雖然一開始我們就表明我們是學生 我後來算了算我目前的配套和學生配套 發現貴多了大約4000元，可是我現在卻什麼都做不了嗎？？ 我的朋友目前在台東，而我在台北 就算要違約想必也得勞煩他下來台北或我去台東 但我在想這究竟是我們的問題還是..?? 因為一直有一個想法在心裡環繞著便是： 為何我們得為遠傳人員的過失（還是是我們的疏忽？？）而背負責任.. 若我們違約，得繳付多10000元 那麼僑生保證金2400元，我不知是不是還能拿回來嗎？？ 請問各位大大有什麼建議嗎？？謝謝:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.239.176
