17歲少年無照騎車肇事　判父母連帶賠償1576萬

【王吟芳／高雄報導】56歲的吳姓工程師前年6月騎機車行經高市平和東路與翠亨南路口，遭無照駕駛及違規紅燈右轉的張姓少年騎車撞倒，吳男倒地後因頭部重創成為植物人，家屬提告求償，因張男未成年，高雄地院審結後判決少年與其父母應連帶賠償1576萬元。

法院認定，本件車禍肇因於張姓少年違規紅燈右轉，且被告無法舉證吳男有超速情事，應負全部肇事責任；由於張男年僅17歲，其法定代理人需連帶賠償。另因吳男車禍前月薪高達15萬元，家屬共請求1300多萬的減少勞動能力損失與400多萬的看護費用，法院扣掉吳家已請領的強制險理賠後，判決張家應賠償1576萬元。
