油安風暴，國內餐飲品牌董事長戴勝益，除了強調旗下餐廳都使用合格油品，也提出看法。

王品董事長戴勝益：「欸、奇怪咧，怎麼在抽檢的時候，怎麼會查出瘦肉精！美福也嚇一跳，我們也嚇一跳，說真的，我們不能講受害者，因為說真的、我們必須對所有客人負責，因為客人是信任王品，我們必須把自己的事情做好，我們不能把責任推給別人。」

旗下的肉品會再加強把關，以杜絕問題，針對最近的油安風暴，戴勝益表示自己也是消費者，也很關心這個議題，並提及旗下的品牌，都是使用西班牙進口橄欖油，檢測方面沒有問題，消費者可以放心。
