我的手機上網流量從早上00:00~08：00，就2.9G

昨天晚上有下載一個APP程式，看電視的，早上發現我沒什麼上網，今日流量就2.9G，也太跨張，就把這APP程式移除，不過還是一樣，沒有用。
除非關掉3G和wifi上網才不會增加流量，請幫幫我，如何改善呢。
