果汁、乳品標示新制 提前上路

食品問題連環爆，政府卻未能在第一時間說清楚、講明白，讓民眾恐慌蔓延。食品藥物管理署長葉明功回應，已努力建立食安危機事件標準處理流程，並依人體健康風險危害程度設立食安警報紅綠燈，讓民眾一目了然食安風險。

市售食品名稱和內容物名不符實，果汁不純、米粉沒米、鮮乳含奶粉、鮮奶油等其他成分…，食藥署近期也陸續公布果汁、米粉、乳品等食品標示草案，原訂104年7月上路，現擬提前實施。

食藥署也重新規範食品營養標示，未來包裝食品將強制標示「含糖量」；若食品含蝦、蟹、芒果、花生、牛奶和蛋6大國人常見過敏食物，包裝要加註警語。
