北市汽車拖吊費 擬調降1百元

（中央社記者戴雅真台北27日電）台北市議會今天審議通過，汽車違規拖吊移置費將從新台幣1000元調降為900元，自行車違規則將新增最高100元拖吊費。

北市現有汽車違規拖吊移置費為1000元，加上保管費200元，以及罰單900元，車子一旦被拖吊，要花上2100元「贖車」。

台北市議會今天修正「北市處理妨礙道路交通車輛自治條例」，將現有拖吊費從1000元降為900元。另外，原訂車輛移到保管場後，30分鐘內免收保管費，將延長至1小時；12小時內收費100元，超過12小時以一天計，收費200元。

另外，台北市政府推動自行車文化，但衍生違停問題造成民怨。「北市處理妨礙道路交通車輛自治條例」新增對違停遭拖吊的自行車和人力三輪車，收取拖吊移置費和保管費，拖吊費上限100元，保管費上限半日25元，將由市府自行制訂金額。

但由於影響民眾運具使用習慣，法規委員會也要求，新制上路前，必須有至少半年的宣導期，全案下週將審議通過送二讀會。1021127
