與鄰居不睦 朝人搖屁股遭訴

（中央社記者陳靜萍台中28日電）台中市66歲的黃姓女子因與張姓鄰居不睦，口頭辱罵外，還以蹲馬桶姿勢，在鄰居家門口搖擺屁股50餘次，黃女今天被提起公訴。

台中地檢署起訴書今天指出，張姓男子因發生車禍，有機能障礙之後遺症，與鄰居黃姓女子相處不睦，黃女涉嫌在五權路的市場公共走廊上，罵張男「半身不遂、沒天沒良、專門啃軟、心情有夠壞」等貶抑人格的話。

黃女並涉嫌從7月17日起至9月10日間，屁股朝向張家門口以「蠟筆小新」式搖擺達55次之多，貶抑、嘲弄張男的人格及名譽，張男忍無可忍，錄影後提告。台中地檢署偵結後，今天依公然侮辱罪將黃女提起公訴。1021128
