滑鼠右鍵選單

滑鼠右鍵選單,一般在使用滑鼠按右鍵時都會有選單出現,很奇怪的是我在桌面按右鍵和網頁按時都很迅速沒有問題,但在電腦檔案總管要複製或剪下檔案時點右鍵卻都要等幾十秒,有時也很正常(但基本上都要等),測試過滑鼠是沒問題的,也沒中毒,請問這是為甚麼呢(電腦是華碩k55vj,win8)
還有一個問題是我每次開工作管理員要檢查效能時cpu都會在我開系統管理員的那一瞬間飆到100,之後再極速下降,請問這樣正常嗎?
