范佐憲住「慈光新村」月租600元　商家：他不像有錢人

【林師民/新竹報導】遭收押的542旅上士范佐憲，平時和妻子、兒子、女兒一家4口住在湖口營區內的宿舍「慈光新村」，每月租金僅6百元，自負水電等費用，屋內有三房，約二十幾坪大，只要是542旅、584旅、北測中心等湖口營區內的已婚志願役軍士官都可申請。

宿舍對面開雜貨店的婦人陳玉美說，范佐憲一家住在宿舍10幾年了，常看到他們夫妻倆出來倒垃圾，兩人也都會向她打招呼，很有禮貌，晚上常在附近吃晚餐，簡單一、兩百元就打發，看起來不像很會花錢的人，更沒聽說他有開店或當組頭。
