HTC NEW one該如何從電腦上傳音樂到手機

我想從電腦傳音樂到我的手機裡面

可是我的傳輸線插了電腦

只一直顯示 「無法安裝這個軟體 安裝這個硬體時發生問題:HTC MTP Device

裝置過程中發生錯誤 在INF中找不到必須的區段」

我也下載了 HTC Sync Manager

但依舊不行.............不知道到底是哪裡有問體 ?

求解
