當初應徵時有明訂績效獎金但離職沒確時交接應該發放嗎?

 雖然公司有明定會發績效獎金，但應該會有一個發放條件，

例如公司有盈餘才會發放，所以就要看你離職時，是否為公司

年度結算盈餘的時間點，以及有無盈餘，也就是假設你在五月

 離職時，公司若是12月才結算，那自然就不會發給你，或是

假設你是在12月離職，可是公司此年度無盈餘，也不會發放。
